Leonard Ellis founded Ellis Jewelers in 1952 in downtown Lexington, North Carolina. He established Ellis Jewelers with the morals, values and intimacy of a family business. In 1978, Len DeFelice purchased the business from the Ellis family, but made it a first priority to uphold the comforts that can only be offered by a family business. Today, Ellis Jewelers has two convenient locations in North Carolina: Lexington, and Kernersville. Each of these locations has onsite repair services, and one on one personal customer service.
